Impossibly Easy Pizza Pie
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 8 oz can pizza sauce
1/2 package (3 oz size) sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle onion and Parmesan cheese in the pie plate. In a medium bowl, stir in Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with a wire whisk or fork until blended; pour into pie plate. Bake 20 minutes. Spread with pizza sauce; top with remaining ingredients. Bake 10 -15 minutes longer or until cheese is a light golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Spring with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

Fresh Peach Cobbler
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp cinnamon
6 peaches, peeled, cut into slices (6 cups)
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup Original Bisquick mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 4-quart saucepan, mix 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir in peaches, water and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 8 or 9 inch square glass baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 1 tablespoon of the sugar, milk and butter until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 tablespoons onto hot peach mixture. Sprinkle remaining tablespoon sugar over dough. Bake 20 – 25 minutes or until golden brown.
