1 large jar sauerkraut, drained

In a large pan, add sausage and onion; cook until done; add sauerkraut and allow to simmer. In a bowl combine eggs, water and flour, mix steadily until mixture is a soft dough, just right for dropping from a spoon. Mandarin Orange Bars
Batter:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp soda
2 eggs
2 small cans mandarin oranges (keep juice from 1 can)
Frosting:
2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, soda and eggs in a large mixing bowl and mix well; add mandarin oranges with juice and mix into batter, breaking up the oranges. Fold in second can of oranges leaving bigger pieces of oranges in batter. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 in pan and bake for 35 — 40 minutes. Allow to cool.

Combine frosting ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well. Hint- the longer mixture is beaten the fluffier the frosting. Spread frosting over bars and serve.
