If Consolidated's web site is listed in the Cookie Exceptions List in Firefox, you will be prevented from logging into the classified ads to manage your account.

Here is how you can check:

1. Click on Tools on the Menu Bar and then click on Options
   
2. Under Options, click on Privacy and expand the Cookies section (by clicking on the plus sign next to it)
   
3. Verify that you have "allow sites to set cookies" marked and then click on Exceptions. Under Exceptions, remove any reference to Consolidated's Web site. (www.ctctel.com, www.consolidatedtelcom.com, www.consolidatedinet.com, etc)
   

4. Ok and Accept your new settings and you should be able to access the Manage Account option for the Classified Ads.
