Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sauté onion & dressing in skillet until golden brown, stirring often. Combine meat, onions, ketchup, stuffing mix, water & egg whites until blended. Shape into a 10 x 5 inch loaf and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 55 minutes or until 160 degrees.
Let cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
*optional – can add extra ketchup on top for a sauce look. Can also add shredded cheese the last few minutes for an additional garnish.
Easly Olive Oil, Tomato & Basil Pasta
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for eight to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In a large bowl, gently toss the cooked pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and basil. You may serve this warm or cold.
