Tortilla Pinwheels & Dips

Tortilla Pinwheels

  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1 4 oz can chopped black olives
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp season salt
  • 4-5 10’ flour tortillas

 

Mix sour cream and cream cheese until well blended.  Add olives, cheese, onion and seasoning to cream cheese mixture.  Spread mixture evenly over tortillas and roll up.  Refrigerate rolls for at least one hour to aid in cutting.  After chilled cut into 1/2 inch slices.  Serve with salsa.

Crab Dip

  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/2 of 1.5 lb package of frozen imitation crab thawed and chopped
  • Salt & pepper

 

Mix Miracle Whip and cream cheese until well blended.  Add celery, onion and chopped crab meat to sauce mixture.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Chill for 1 hour.   Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Fruit Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow cream

 

Combine cream cheese and marshmallow cream until well blended.  Serve with assorted fruit.
