Spicy Cheeseburger Pizza & Hot Taco Dip

Spicy Cheeseburger Pizza

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb (8 oz.) Velveeta, cut into small cubes
1 ready to use 12 inch baked pizza crust
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies well drained
1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup shredded lettuce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Brown hamburger in medium skillet; drain if necessary.  Stir in Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.  Place pizza crust on baking sheet.  Mix Rotel and ketchup; spread over crust.  Top with meat mixture.  Bake 10 minutes.  Top with lettuce.

Hot Taco Dip

1 lb hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 - 8 oz jar hot taco sauce
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
1 package taco seasoning
Tortilla chips

In a large skillet combine hamburger and onion; fry until meat is no longer pink; drain.  Add tomato and taco sauce to hamburger; cook until hot.  Add cream cheese and melt; add taco seasoning into mixture.  Transfer dip into crock pot to keep warm.  Serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
