Hamburger Goulash and Cheese Bars
2 lbs ground beef – browned and drained
1 can Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Campbell’s Cream of Onion Soup
1 can mushrooms – optional
1/2 cup chopped green peppers - optional
Mix three soups together and add to browned ground beef. Add canned mushrooms and chopped green peppers, if desired. Heat until bubbling and serve over cooked egg noodles, mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
2 packages cream cheese – 8 oz each
1 cup sugar
1 egg - separated
1 tsp vanilla
2 cans crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla in a bowl; mix well and set aside. Take dough from 1 crescent roll can and press into the bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan; spread cream cheese mixture over dough. Take dough from 2nd crescent roll can and place on top of cream cheese mixture; pitch rolls together so it makes one crust on top.
Whip egg white until frothy; spread over top of crust; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes; let cool, refrigerated and unused portion.Watch the Video on YouTube
