Consolidated Telcom cannot guarantee preservation of records, and may expire information without notice, at its sole discretion. Consolidated Telcom does not assume responsibility for the content or the context of the public display areas such as the bulletin boards or the feedback forums. Consolidated Telcom users may use available information about each other only to the extent necessary to facilitate Consolidated Telcom related transactions. The e-mails are commonly in the form of individuals from overseas wanting a cashier's check cashed and any amount over and above the selling price to be wired back to the individual who sent the cashier's check.
